Calibration is key to boost your productivity with high quality and a safe and traceable process. Delta Cart 2 offers a wide torque range from 0,2 to 2.000 Nm with 4 static transducers. You can design your own Delta Cart to suit your specific needs or choose from the selected models.

  • For complete life span: By performing capacity test (Cm/Cmk) before tool is introduced into production, or monitoring tool performance during production assembly process by performing Statistic Process Control (SPC) test.

  • Ergonomic: Easy to move on production line, with his wheel & all adapters, ergonomic bars. Print out labels to attest of tools validity until next calibration.

  • Ease of use: Organize and follow routes from station to station, with users access rights management. Store results of tests in a local database to prove that the necessary audits of the line were conducted. ​

  • Seguire i grafici SPC X/R per monitorare lo stato della macchina e decidere quando effettuare regolazioni o riparazioni.
  • Effettuare una regolazione dello strumento in base agli standard interni (campionamento/frequenza/specifiche).
  • Memorizzazione dei risultati dei test in un database locale per dimostrare l'avvenuta esecuzione dei controlli obbligatori della linea
  • Stampare le etichette per attestare la validità degli utensili fino alla successiva calibrazione.
  • Il banco è dotato di 4 celle per gestire la gamma completa delle coppie di serraggio presenti in stabilimento.
